Our Policy Return and Refund

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.

Refunds

All customers receive a full refund if they request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing their order. After 48 hours, your order is queued into production and can longer be refunded.

 

Cancellations & Returns

We do not accept product cancellations or returns once the order has been queued into production (48 hours after your order has been placed).

Delivery

We use Canada Post and its affiliates to deliver our packages.
Orders with a tracking number will be subject a delivery-guarantee. If a package is not delivered, we will file an inquiry with the carrier, and re-ship your order.

Orders without tracking are unable to offer delivery-guarantee and no replacement decks will be sent.
Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be.

DUE TO THE TOLL THAT COVID-19 HAS TAKEN ON OUR CANADIAN MANUFACTURING, SOME ORDERS MAY BE FULFILLED BY VARIOUS THIRD PARTY PARTNERS ACROSS THE GLOBE. ALL ORDERS SHIPPED VIA THIRD PARTY PARTNER WILL OFFER FREE TRACKING.
 

Incorrect / Invalid Address

If your order has been released for shipping, but the address you provided is either incorrect or invalid, we will not be able to re-send your package and no replacement decks will be sent.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to input all addresses in English Alphabet only.
